24/7 Leak Investigation

Alliance’s Leak Detection & Repair Program is a 24/7 service available to our commercial property managers and owners to provide a swift resolve and ease of mind to their tenants. With experience in all roofing types and assemblies, leak repairs can be addressed safely and effectively. We provide qualified, experienced technicians to quickly identify the source of the leak and its location, then we get it repaired right.

Monthly Preventative Maintenance

The #1 way to prevent costly surprises and damage for your roofing system is to get ahead of a problem before it becomes detrimental. Inspection of the roof surface and penetrations, clearing drains, removing debris, evaluating the rooftop perimeter, inspecting sealant adhesion, and preventing leaks before they happen are why so many properties in the DMV trust Alliance to perform Monthly Preventative Maintenance.

Roof Survey Reporting

Before repairing or replacing a roof, it is in a building owner’s best interest to have a survey from a commercial roofing professional like Alliance. This survey report will include photos of the existing conditions, a complementary narrative to explain the findings in digestible terms, and recommended actions to resolve any issues or concerns.

In addition to a visual inspection, our professionals will take a core sample of your roof to collect information on:

· Wall Coping Condition
· Drains, Gutter Condition

Snow Removal

On commercial flat roofing systems (pitch less than 3:12), snow buildup from major events or seasonal accumulation should be removed as soon as possible to avoid damage to the drainage system through thawing and refreeze, or stress to the building’s structure. In these snow accumulation events, our team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week – to ensure that snow does not block key building features or cause damage to the building structure.

We can also consult building owners and install snow protection features, such as wind baffles and snow guards, to reduce the impact of snow on key drainage features.
