The Gerald L. Boarman Discovery Center is a state-of-the art facility built in the center of Bullis’ campus. A complete exterior from Alliance, we completed the roof, walls, and glazing for this project. Roofing included single membrane TPO and a vegetative green roofing for the exterior garden patio. Alliance fabricated and installed the storefront and curtainwall on both the interior and exterior of the building, complete with custom mullion profiles and finishes to match school colors. Alliance also clad the 70,000 square foot building with both a Terreal Terracotta system imported from Portugal, as well as ACM paneling to serve as entry accent and rooftop mechanical screen.
