Located between Washington and Dulles International Airport, in the heart of the technological corridor, the Halley Rise development is a community on the rise. For the residents of Block F, the 14,600 square feet of angled screenwall provide privacy and protection, while allowing for natural light to permeate and illuminate their shared space. Another 5,500 square feet of Alucobond ACM panels help to bring a modern touch to the courtyard amenities, and can even be found in a small accent soffit rounding the building’s exterior.
