This $64.2 million dollar project features Alliance’s trade expertise across its entire exterior envelope. The MTA MARC Riverside Maintenance Facility in Baltimore, MD includes metal panel walls, standing seam metal roofing, translucent skylights and window systems, as well as acoustic window solutions. Delivering this project amongst supply chain challenges in the middle of the Covid pandemic, we are especially proud of this 35,000-square-foot facility and appreciate our strong manufacturing partners in Centria (Metal Roof), Elevate (Modified Bituminous Roofing), Kingspan Insulated Panels, Kingspan Light and Air Solutions, YKK, and St. Cloud Aluminum windows.
